How I work

I am a bridge between alternative and traditional, between generations, body and soul.

I am focused and direct; I am not afraid to be real and tell it like it is; yet I am committed to holding your experience with compassion and deep acknowledgment for exactly where you are.

I am a catalyst for healing. I can see you your limitations and weakness, and your gifts, reflecting your own medicine back to you. I can meet you where you’re longing to be met.

I’ve always known that the source of the blockages inside us is exactly what needs to be touched, seen and held in order for us to be whole.

When I meet leaders and facilitators, I can feel what they want to hold. I can feel their vision and how they are living it, and I can feel the places they are hesitating and aren’t yet anchored.

I can speak to that angst inside leaders, to exactly what is in their way—and do it in a way where they can hear me without defensiveness or reactivity, where they feel seen, held, and supported. My meetings with young leaders happen from the psychological and spiritual realms to the very practical.

Each time we meet, there’s a profound and potent exchange happening where I can support leaders in containing and holding the energies that run through them, in being with anxiety, their inner fears, and angst—all of which I know intimately through my own makeup and personal work.

I support leaders in finding a way to be with and hold the underlying fears that hold them back, that clenching inside that says “I’m not safe” and “I don’t belong.”

How do my sessions work?

I’m available for mentoring in person and over the phone / via zoom.

Cost?

I ask a sliding scale of $85 - 185 per session, and the length of the sessions vary as needed.

Introductory Session

 I offer a 1 hr introductory session for $50
